【About limited fountain pens】

1. Special limited edition models may be out of stock or suddenly suspended.
It will be on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend that you purchase as soon as possible.
2. Since we are dealing with special limited items, it may be out of stock after ordering.
In that case, the product price will be refunded.

【Cancellation after ordering】

This is only possible before we place an order for the product our shop.
Please understand that you cannot cancel the order after that.

In this case, please let us know your order number via the store's contact form or Instagram DM.
We will refund the fee as soon as it is confirmed.

※We will place an order with the manufacturer after receiving your order and then ship it to you.

Therefore, if the order with the manufacturer has already been placed when you contact us, we regret to inform you that the order cannot be cancelled.

【Handling time】

Regular orders will be processed within 5 business days from the date of purchase.
Reserved items will be processed based on the schedule stated on each page.
