【Cancellation after ordering】

This is only possible before we place an order for the product our shop.
Please understand that you cannot cancel the order after that.

In this case, please let us know your order number via the store's contact form or Instagram DM.
We will refund the fee as soon as it is confirmed.

※We will place an order with the manufacturer after receiving your order and then ship it to you.

Therefore, if the order with the manufacturer has already been placed when you contact us, we regret to inform you that the order cannot be cancelled.

【Return】
・ We have a 30-day return policy.
・ You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

Target of returns
・ If the product is damaged or has a problem
・ In the case of defective products
・ It is different from the pen tip you ordered
・ It is different from the purchased color.

·order number
・ Model number or name of returned product
・ Explanation of product status
・ Product photo

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and details on how and where to ship the package.

We will let you know if the refund has been approved after we have received the return and inspected it.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and get the refund.
